FME cooperates with FPT company

On the morning of September 5, 2019, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FME) had a meeting with the leaders of FPT Software Company on the cooperation in recruiting Mechanical engineers in the field of CAD and CAE design. 

FGA (FPT Global Automotive) is a company specializing in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided engineering (CAE). FGA’s customers include companies in the automotive sector such as Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Mitsubishi Motors, and Yamaha. 

CAD work involves the redesign of mechanical parts in cars using software Catia, NX, Inventor, SolidWorks. 

CAE jobs includes calculating and simulating finite elements (impact, durability…), assembling parts, mechanical clusters in cars using Beta, Catia, NX software (Siemens), Altair HyperWorks, Ansys. 

Engineers working for FGA will be working in groups of Vietnamese – Japanese engineers – customers, and trained in many fields of Mechanical Engineering (CAD / CAE), management training, Japanese – English, and soft skills.
